HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Every order goes through two stages before it reaches you:

We offer free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum. No exceptions.

We ship to most countries internationally. If your country is available for selection during checkout, we ship to you.

No Hidden Fees: You will not be charged any customs duties or import fees on your order.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Need to cancel or update your order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@itspoised.com. We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made within a short window after placing your order.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Address updates are only possible shortly after your order is placed. Please reach out to support@itspoised.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or could not be delivered due to a shipping issue, we'll send a replacement immediately. Contact us at support@itspoised.com and we'll take care of it.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll send a replacement free of charge. If the replacement also arrives with an issue, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
